Pissed Optimist was formed in Milwaukee, WI in 1978. After learning the basics of eating, walking, speaking, writing & math they learned to play guitar. After several years they started playing in bands and learning to be mediocre at a wide range of instruments & recording techniques. Throughout their career, Pissed Optimist made some demos. In 2001 those recordings were released on Bandcamp.
